Booking by text delays of an hour in response so if you have not got the day free then you cannot plan anything I sorted out an appointment for the morning and it was agreed with two hours to go she cancels and asks if I can come in the evening which I agree. No confirmation, there was one weird review, the guy implied BB was offered then backtracked, his English was not good either and seemed to speak in tongues.
