There are 2 more girls on kommons with exact same postcode,both are Brazilian ,must be some connection ,she did say she works alone but who knows!

I had karina on my HL last year , she had two profiles then as well, and when searched on here the reviews were for a different girl.

Looks to be a Sergei running these profiles and switching them around
