That is even stranger. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s not illegal for up to two girls to work in the same place if it’s a private abode is it? Find it really odd that the police would raid the premises of a WG unless it was linked to something else such as concerns for her welfare. Especially with Covid still around.

Yep, that’s all it could be if in any way true. Police would have no legal powers to raid / search / seize with this either. There’s something else going on here.
Either way, I need a plan B ASAP!

Yes, but what if they have? What exactly are they going to do? I know it's natural for people to stress and worry but you've got to know your rights. They may have recorded number plates. They'll then have to back it up with video evidence clearly identifying you entering the house. then they'll have to consider it in the public interest to find you and fine you. All very time consuming for them.

Agreed. And then they'd have to prove that you were there for illicit reasons. Which may be very obvious but hard to prove without evidence. Big waste of time for them

The police go for the easy targets. Just make sure you're not one of them. If you've used a punting phone then shut it down. They may try and call it twice to scaremonger a bit but that will be it. How the fuck would they know you're not in her support bubble? There's alot to be considered. My mind is a bit more at ease. IF I get a call I could always ignore it then use the excuse that it would be a work related issue as like someone said previously the police have to actually prove that something happened and so far it was just trying to arrange a meet..

There’s a lot of worry here and I get that but let’s look at it realistically. The likeliness of what’s gone on is that police have been to speak to her following reports from curtain twitching neighbours that men are frequenting the property. There is no evidence to suggest prostitution is taking place as this would be difficult to prove as what’s to say otherwise? she could just be sleeping with everybody she meets which isn’t against the law. The only issue police will be able to address is the COVID breach and even then will only be words of advice if it’s a first offence and maybe a fine if another report with evidence is made. The police have no power to seize phones and yes they may have been given vehicle details but the police are far too busy dealing with other things to pursue these lines of enquiry. They would only deal with you if they literally caught you there and even then would more than likely be a slap on the wrist and off you go.

Just like we are speculating I bet that what the neighbors was doing aswell. A punter will be able to spot a wg or other punters. So if the neighbours are not involved in this hobby they might have put 2 + 2 =7 and reported her for something else like drugs, which would involve a warrant for the house to be raided and phone taken for evidence.
