These kind of contradictions, inconsistencies, and regular moving around the country are usually indicative of a Private Gallery scammer who has milked one area dry for gallery viewers, and is just trying to get your credits. You'll waste your money and never get to meet them.
"She" is probably a spotty 15 year old boy in a bedroom.
