Author Topic: Pudsey LS28, the new Dock?  (Read 1200 times)

Hi folks, I've been out of the game (as a punter that is, no one wants to pay me for any "services") for a few years, mainly Covid but also personal circumstances.  The last few weeks I've started logging on here and AW to see what's around, mainly looking at massage/HE but also just to see what's around.

I notice that there seems to be a lot of results for LS28/Pudsey and from reading the various reviews it seems that the recent flat development out that way seems to be the source.  I have potential issues with knowing some people around that area, so I'd need to tread carefully, but just wanted other folk's opinions...

1. Anyone know what makes those flats a magnet for SPs - short term lets, good rates to attract commuters at New Pudsey station I guess?
2. For those who have been and reviewed various SPs, the comments indicate that it's pretty discreet, I know the building the flats are in (I think) but wasn't sure if it was a gated commnity, or you can go right in subtly and buzz/wait out of site of passing foot or road traffic?

There are a few ladies I fancy seeing or TOFFT there, not a dodgy area so would feel safe parking etc, just wanted a bit of insight from those who know the development better than I do from a punting perspective.

Cheers,

KV

It’s not a magnet there’s a landlord advertising Like 4 of them apartments that used to be green flag offices on adultwork. There’s no gate it’s just an open car park and intercom but no concierge desk.

Ah right, interesting, I did wonder how SPs would collectively find and congregate in one area like this.

I wouldn't call it congregation.

There is one group of escorts who work from the said apartments on a weekly basis.

Isobella/Aysha
Aysha/Charlie
And  an occasional other acquaintance or two with Aysha or Charlie

BritishAlexis works from another apartment by herself.

And then there are occasional tourers who work from the same apartment when Isobella's 'gang' are off.

There is another apartment there, but again that's mainly tourers and they normally work in pairs from one apartment

I've only visited that place in the evenings(after 6pm)and it was quite busy, even in lockdown, with residents and non stop takeaway deliveries.

I've been there recently during the day 1130 am.  Arrived early to observe location for a few minutes to get the feel, as you do, and it was steady, not what I would call busy.  Loads of free parking, easy access to building and nothing that would cause a call for concern.

One of the best locations I've been to for easy access etc  :hi:

Thanks Viper that's really useful, I might take a trip down there one day to have a look.  It's not lost on me that a rather large police station is literally across the road, but I understand it's mostly shut now (although there are still staff stationed there I think).

Yeah it’s pretty busy but it’s good because no one is checking who is who. The apartments are small one beds so there must be 300+ residents plus short term lets, maintenance and visitors....light work

My ex used to live in one of those flats so I’ve spent a lot of time there in the past (unfortunately means I need to keep clear now!).

As has been said above, theres ample free parking and it’s quite discreet to get in and out. There’s a mix of long term let’s, and also air bnb’s and shorter term rentals as well.

The residents know what’s going on but there’s so many people coming and going nobody would bat an eye. It’s also dead easy to get to, just off Stanningley bypass and walking distance to new Pudsey station.

Just a tip in general, if you want to look less conspicuous when trying to navigate flats try carrying an empty Courier box    I live in a block of new flats and see couriers wandering around all the time.

Haha yes I was considering bringing a clipboard, or document wallet - coming to give a quote for some work of some sort :-)

You can't go wrong with a tape measure in one hand either.

Obviously, if you want to disappear completely a Hi-Viz jacket is like an invisibility cloak.

Found it easiest enough (via train) when I visited Eva, although as she wasn't ready when I arrived I did have 30 mins wandering the local streets whilst waiting.
