I remember Adele (The previous Australian gal from Hod) saying that was a factor and that London was far busier.
Personally I am not keen on conveyor belt if that meant poorer service.

Not a great idea encouraging price increases.

Travel is also a factor on whether or not a girl will come to MK. If they have an 8pm booking and then have an awkward journey home it will put them off coming.

There's no way the house will take the hit just so girls will go to MK. And I know for a fact that some won't go to MK because of the time taken to commute as they have told me during a Hod booking.

Annabella's definitely had a better lineup about ten years ago.  There were more girls who did stints at both Annabella's and Divine.  Somebody posted a link a while back which shows you the lineup from Divine ( I think ) about ten years ago and a lot of the girls would be recognisable for people who visited Annabella's.  If you change the number in the year in the address bar you can see girls from other years too.  Sadly, I can't find it right now.

I saw Mixy a couple of times over the summer.  Easily the best punt I have had in ages.  There are a few other girls who give a very good service at Annabella's but Mixy really knocks it out the park. As suggested in some of the posts above, the reason why she doesn't work at Annabella's often ( she used to about ten years ago ) is because of the travel from London to MK.  The management requested some girls do stints at Annabella's over the summer due to a number of girls being away.  Not sure how they persuaded them though.

I wouldn't be surprised if they adopt the current hod rates and they then in turn raise theirs.
