An English lady whom I suspect is her late 20's.
I thought her face looked cute, she has; light coloured eyes, brown hair, and fair skin.
She's pretty short, I believe she was around 5'3 - 5'5.
Her body was quite thin as well, I'm guessing around size 4 / 6.
She was never awkward, and I found her generally polite & respectful.

The down & under:
➼ Her kisses were full-on, there were some minor tongue flicks here & there
➼ Her OWO & DT was solid
(I didn't give her any direction, she just tried to engulf my member all on her own) 
➼ She seemed generally polite, someone you can have a laugh & conversation with
➼ Her voice was feminine & pleasant
➼ Every position demanded was granted
➼ The shower & toiletries weren't adequate, the hot water option was broken
➼ Either she wasn't tight or she used an extreme amount of lube prior to entering the room
➼ Her breasts have lost its shape, they were also pierced

Conclusion:
So I typically book Eastern Europeans and I got used to exaggerating my enunciation so that they could understand better, so booking an English lady was definitely a refreshing experience and it goes to show that communication goes a long way.
Unfortunately gravity has taken its toll on Elle's breasts but that didn't really detract from her physical appearance overall.
I'm not sure whether the girls practice pre-lubing before entering the room or not, but for the first 5 minutes or-so of the action I couldn't feel a thing.
I enjoyed my time, it was; unrushed (which is surprising as its a conveyor belt type system), relaxed, and fun.

I'm not sure if I understand the question clearly, but in the venue I visited there was only one maid/handler. If you mean if there's only one maid handling the communications for both venues then I don't know.
It's the same phone numbers for both 'Houses' so I'd just mention the two girls you're interested in booking and see what happens.

The HOD flats could certainly do with a handyman, in my recent visit to Ophelia the door handle to the room I was in was hanging off and the shower was pretty crap but did work.
