Granted the girls are in a weak bargaining position re visas etc, but I have some rental houses in London and I’m getting double the rent now that I was in 2006 when I started . Helped by gentrification of area, but still haven’t gone up as much as central London . That’s why I think the £140 we pay now for all services incl , a relative bargain .

I agree that 140ph is a bargain as prices have not increased since 2007 I started punting and since 2004 when the Thai escort agencies appeared even if they get less Baht for the pound that they earn. One regular I had from 2007 was paying 2500 pm for her 2 bed flat on Warwick Road and in 2014 another regular of mine was paying 2500 pm for their 2 bed flat in Edgware Road, now another one is still paying 2500pm for their 2 bed flat in Bayswater. I would say that it is much harder for them to locate apartments now then it was back then. (girls are recycling each others worn out apartments)
