My friend was fined  $150 for holding his wife's hand  in Dubai. He just paid it and we went to our party.  Having worked out in UAE a fair bit I quite like the way they impose their Sharia law strictly on  (nearly) everyone rich or poor. I don't agree with some of their laws but it's their country and I like to respect that.

LOL, many years ago went to Dubai with the missus. Things had got to the point where  we had separate rooms... She is now the ex Mrs FoS. Still wonder what the chamberman* made of it!!



*No chambermaids - the entire domestic staff was male. Half of them standing by in case they had to polish anything you'd touched. Fucking LOATHED Dubai (by contrast, went to Abu Dhabi a few years later and loved it...)
