I have been noticing off late, there are more and more english people in my town in Neterlands. Is this the brexit effect?

If they're in your town why not just ask them, that way you'll get a more accurate response than asking on here.

Doubt it it’s Brexit as it effected the Welsh, Scots and Northern Irish as well.
