Bought an Easter Egg for my other half today.
Chocolate is supposed to be an aphrodisiac.
I'll let you know if it works ! (after Easter).

Its two weeks or so to Easter and already Sainsbury's has their Lindt eggs on reduction, some bargains to be had this year for sure.

Did you buy a dark chocolate egg?  Dark chocolate is the aphrodisiac, milk chocolate just piles on the pounds.

Lindt has such a high markup it is usually on reduction somewhere.  You can normally get the £5 boxes at £3.50 if you shop around, the genuine bargain is when you can get for less than that.  No idea how their franchise shops survive selling at full price, other than there must be plenty of mugs out there.

Milk chocolate  :(

I'll have to go out and buy a dark chocolate one then  :)

If I get a shag out of it ! it will have been £8 well spent  :)

I predict a response along the lines off - "I told you I was trying to lose weight, you never listen to me"  Or maybe that is just my life......

At the risk of 'speaking for others' I reckon a few can relate to that

Dark chocolate eggs are hen's teeth this year. M&S have some decent ones though. Also for those that don't know the higher the cocoa count the lower the sugar.

In some cases possibly. A lot of the Easter stuff has a short date, the stuff I've got goes off this year.

Found some 100% bars.  Personally I think they taste vile, but the girlfriend likes them.

Sure do. About 70% cocoa is nice.

I didn’t know about the lower sugar content, I’ll use that as an excuse for slipping one in the shopping basket !
