I've no idea - just noticed the difference.

She was on the radar..I wish i had fucked her and got my full value price of £90 service, as she was tempting after seeing her pretty face. We will see whether this was a missed opportunity or not - but imo earning easy money as a prostitute,  she will prob return or be on another platform/agency, unless the lush conveyor belt service, has worn her out (7 days 10-12 shifts) or at £90 no shows boredom (less income) has dampened her attitude to work for Lush.

On the new website I appear to no longer be a VIP member. I also went for a look around the other escort websites in Brum. Prices seem similar to new Lush pricing. They no longer have a USP as far as I can see. They may. however attract some better ladies if their pay is better. We'll see.

Finally working for me today.

I’m not sure what to think. A lot of big changes and going by the rate of ladies dropping out I think Lush had no choice but to react. But the dynamic prices, the hike of 50% off the bat and new rules plus the almost rude instructions on the vip sign up page makes me wonder have they gone too extreme in the changes.

I have no doubt they will continue to survive but they will loose a lot of the old client base and gain a new one now. The new client base however won’t be as loyal as there are many other agencies and indies who charge the same rates. Lush’s main client base was based around the cheaper prices compared to other agencies and that was Lush’s key selling point. It’s U.S.P.

Now that that’s gone as I said survive yes but thrive as they did in the past I don’t know.

I'm genuinely astounded at what they've done.  They can piss off on several levels.

1. There's absolutely no way I can book an escort every 2 weeks, so being a VIP member will not be an option
2. If being a VIP member is the only way to see properly the services an escort provides, you'd be better off going over to Adultwork and paying the same price or less for someone you can actually communicate with first
3. Irrespective of the above, I absolutely refuse to hand money over to people who speak to me like this:
   "If you do not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to register for VIP access. Because proving that you can not read, is not a way to gain access and if you attempt to do so. Your registration will be permanently blocked and you will be refused any future attempt to register, regardless!"

Obviously they're totally free to run their business how they wish.  Best of luck Lush.  You'll be needing it.

You are in practical terms giving them your private details..i.e name and  home address details. You therefore  have signed away your privacy to Lush (without even knowing who runs the agency),  without any additional benefits except basic upgrade/unblurred pictures.😟

A positive maybe - the new Lush may attract better girls (current girls on the rota - very below average compared to indies who charge £80+  prices) but they will also need to upgrade and improve the existing apartments for punters to pay premium prices 🤔

The people who run the agency appear to have no idea on how to run a business, have a target operating model  or understand customer relationship management.

The text on the new site appears to be advised and then  written by very uneducated peope not  a savvy business minded entrepreneur.  Probably the people who manage the agency need to know how to write and read and learn about business acrumen.

Well having all their customers names and addresses will be useful for the police should they ever get raided.  You can always give fake address details. How are they going to know?  Looks like they maybe just used a standard sign up form and didn't know how to change it.

I think having lower prices has driven a lot of customers there way, but it also must lead to a lot of stress for the agency and the SPs as they are constantly kept busy/overworked.  Increasing prices will probably result in fewer bookings per day, but they still make decent money. 

They'll expect to lose some customers through the changes they're making, but that might be part of their plan.  It might be that some of those customers are problematic.

I don't think Lush has a single girl which justifies charging more than £100 per hour (With vanessa leaving too). Most girls on there I'd wouldn't fuck for free let alone paying. The whole reason I'd use lush over an independent girl was the price point. Charging anything more then I might as well just go to AdultWork and get higher quality girl.

I feel like they have not addressed the main issue they where facing which was high turnover of girls due to the extreme levels of burnout. Sure giving a girl 10 punts a day for 7 days a week gets more money in the short term but when they consistently leave after 1-2 months then perhaps it isn't the best approach.

I think they work the SPs hard because:

- at their old price point the demand was there
- because the demand is there they keep sending the SSs to the SPs - they don't want to say no

From an SP perspective it must be really hard working for them as:

- you're constantly busy
- you're only getting a percentage of the money even though you're doing the majority of the work
- it only takes one SS to turn up late and your entire schedule is screwed and you're having to try to get back on schedule
- because the demand is there you may end up working beyond you're expected hours
- you don't get much time to wash and prepare between bookings
- you don't get much time for a break and meals
- the result is very stressed, pissed off, sore and burnout SPs.

It would be better if they allowed each SP a fixed number of bookings per day with a reasonable amount of time between them to allow for washing, preparing and rest breaks.  Just like you should if the SP was operating as an indie.

If the SP has hit her pre-agreed maximum number of bookings, then you just say "Sorry, she's fully booked.  Please try another day".

The website says “discover high class escorts” and they seem to be trying to transform into a high end type of service, similar to deluxe escorts.

Only issue is you can’t be a “high class” escort provider without “high clas” girls. As mentioned before all the girls on that site are literally 6/10 at best. If I’m willing to pay upwards of £120 for an hour then I may aswell get a younger, hotter, more enthusiastic girl from AdultWork.

What have you done with the old economist estats? Yes there's a cost of living crisis, but that means less demand.

Gotta say don’t agree entirely. Although yea I always knew a price increase was coming such a steep jump so much so that it alienated all the loyal punters who made lush so successful doesn’t seem right. And without said loyal punters it’s now relying on stacking a new client based in an over populated business space given many other options available around those new prices.

And let’s not forget many other parlours etc are still able to change 60/70 for H/H so it is tenable. Think lush just wanted to increase revenue and fuck everyone else. Well that’s pretty much the vibe I got.

I’d be going with indies from now on. Ain’t gonna pay £90 for lush level services.
