The punting scene is pretty poor in Ireland in comparison to other countries in Europe. You'll not find any establishments  apart from the occasional massage salon where you will be able to get a massage & HE but that's about it for establishment I'm afraid, otherwise it will only be independants. You may find a couple of WGs who will do MFF but they will most likely be Eastern Europeans or some other exotic types.

I'm Irish. Theres not really any parlours or brothels in Ireland and if you do go there, it's a high probability the girls aren't there by their own choice. Escort Ireland is indeed your best bet, it's quite expensive in Dublin as there is kind of a price flooring system going on where the girls rarely go below 80/half hour.
