If someone feels they have been wronged then they themselves need to provide some evidence of that and take it to CE themselves just as an escort has the right to do on here and would need to do if she wanted to prove a review was malicious.

Client eye wont do that.as they have no 'appeals' process You will have to give your name and personal details to get it removed under GDPR because they are in breach of it.

If you don't want to give them your details, your only option is to sue them for breach of GDPR or defamation if it's defamatory.

I sympathise with those who wrongly get reports especially maliciously like this as it’s a ball ache to jump through hoops, share personal information just to remove a false report.

That app is so one sided it’s laughable.

Just change your number by either getting a new punting sim, takes two seconds or call the carrier and you can get your number changed at least 3-4 times a year for free.

If you prefer the long route then just appeal via email but you’ll have to cough up a lot of details and wait a number of days for their “review”  which can supposedly be denied.

Punting phone = peace of mind
Client eye = bullocks and proven to be misused consistently

Yep...I now always only use a punting phone. I did on occasion use my actual phone and, as a result, makes it more dangerous if someone wants to avoid being detected

I was checking a new number on CI today and thought I'd check my AW username,this has a report in the last month despite me not using AW for over 2 years.
There is no way of cross checking my AW profile with any number.

Your skipping over parts and to me cherry picking. Be good and you won’t be on it. We don’t know what every single punter is like and can only go based off comments and reviews.

Regardless it’s good to hear multiple punters and SP’s thoughts and viewpoints, it’s what this thread was created for.

I think if you had more exposure and reviews on the AW side you’d have more insight on how it’s not as straightforward as you make it and be able to weigh more on the debate with more credibility.

It's their own way of 'indexing' ukp member numbers Mr P.
Once your UKP pseudonym is on CE your options are limited, you can change your number, but every time you post a review(if they can work out who you are), they will keep adding phone numbers to your name that's on CE database. Vast majority of my reports say - proceed with caution/avoid - UKP scumbag, or yet another new number. I'm guessing your report might be similar.

I got the same outcome, I even typed in a random email address and it came with a 1 result. So its definitely an example of something dodgy at play/not entirely accurate. Ah well thats a shame was eager to see but it appears I'm in the clear thus far!

How do you know they have no appeals process, plus, for various reasons, they are not in breach of GDPR.

Read the thread for the full explanations or look up the exceptions to the GDPR regulations. If you feel they are in breach of the regulations then a complaint should be made to the ICO though as I understand it their processes have been cleared by them and they are full compliant

On the iPhone every number had one report.

On the Android none had one report.

I wonder if it’s a glitch on the iPhone App?

This app might have been well intentioned but has more holes than a Swiss cheese.
You can input any combination number or username in and it shows a report which explains my last post.
I'm not really sure how that helps SPs.

It only does that if you aren't a verified member. SPs join and have to verify that they are a service provider then once the are full members they see all the reports. ClientEye changed it during the course of this thread.

The girls who are verified members put the punter's phone number in and if he has 20 reports it will show the 20 reports complete with all the details of why he was reported. if the same punter puts his own number in it will show 1 report but no details, the same as it does for everyone who isn't a verified member.

And that is some classic prossie logic  if you see yourself reported surely you are more likely to change numbers.
Also a non reg SP is only ever going to see anybody as reported which is hardly helpful.

any SP concerned about their safety should install and verify their identity.

logically the app should function as caller id screen.  if your number has been reported and you contact a verified SP, the app intercepts and shows reports.  SP will instantly know if your a time waster, abuser, rapist, thief, etc.

thinking aloud,,, for us punters that are unverified,  I guess the app produces a unique-ID against our phone (IMEI or Mac ID). When our number is reported, our unique-ID gets pinned to our SIM number.  When we switch Sims the app still has the unique-ID and can update their database with the new number.   

*just uninstall and reinstall CE and the unique ID stays the same.  I guess we're screwed once the ID is reported against our number and the only option is to uninstall the app and get a new SIM.  thoughts?

there is no correlation between trafficking / modern slavery, and a   computer app  which seems to be frequently misused to negatively brand  punters. If the app was correctly used, rather than being misused as a method of revenge or spite as at present then there wouldn't be a problem
