Honestly it's a god send. It's saved my ass a few times when I've been roped in. Obviously I always make my own decision but it's saved me alot of heart ache in the past.
I.e  hi there I would like you to tie my bf up and make him do stuff to you. I would like to watch. We are both 21 and live in Cullompton.
My reply. Certainly yes it would be an honour.
8 reports.... turns out to be a 51 year old man that is pretending to be a lass. Well roped me in. I replied and relayed the truth. His response...  how did you know. Saved me alot of time and effort there x

But this one is an obvious fantasist, easily screened out by asking "her" to call you to finalise details. Obviously that wouldn't happen, so no booking.

Or a phone call with both at the same time.

SynDee. Bad though it was, the single event that happened to your friend does not give you permission to extrapolate that to 90% of the negative reviews on here. Very interested in your input but such a ridiculous claim diminishes the usefulness of anything else you may say.

Rapists or violent people need to be in a different category to obnoxious unwashed, to bogus clients and time wasters.

But with Clienteye there is separate categories for all those already ?

Yes obviously someone alerted as a timewaster / no show isn’t quite the same as a violent person or rapist but it’s good to have all the information you can and both types are still undesirable clients. I don’t get why there’s even so much debate around it, as if all clients agreeing it’s unfair or whatever will stop SP from using it. It’s useful, so we’re going to use it. And it sure is very reliable from my experience, I would say at least 90% of reports I would trust wholeheartedly. You might not like that I think that but we’re still going to use it anyway so   :unknown:

What you’ve also got to consider is why some people believe they’ve been wrongly put on there is that they don’t actually realise they’re a bad client. Like a prime example would be someone who fingers really roughly and their idea of pleasuring you really hurts, or perhaps hasn’t washed properly or smells bad. I think at least a few men know, but some guys genuinely don’t realise that they are a struggle to deal with.

But that’s why some get angry when they find out they’re on there because to them it’s just “lies” … A punter disagreeing with a report doesn’t necessarily make it not true, this is a clients forum so yes you’re going to only get one side of that story though.

Personally I don’t particularly care Katie in that it’s not something I can control, much less like or dislike it. It’s there. I hope it works well rather than works badly. Who wouldn’t?

I’m interested in overall theory as per the thread on criminalisation. It’s a poor world that it’s needed, and that’s quite possibly because prostitutes are not regarded as citizens and afforded the same decency and protection. That is a fact. As a p4p you can use things like ClientEye and good if it helps you protect yourself: but in the bigger picture I’d like to see women more empowered in the first place, not just women working as p4p.  It’s not an easy battle.

Or perhaps they think that they're paying for it so can do whatever they want (including not washing).

Plenty of SP's argue that reviews on here which document actual timewasting (being ghosted on arrival etc.) and short changing on time are also "lies".

I'm not condoning either standpoint btw, just saying it works both ways.

For the Sp's,Wg's, escorts etc... if it's a useful tool for them to differentiate idiots, abusers, timewaster etc then excellent. Their's is a job I couldn't do... and i so glad that they do. We can moan and bitch on forums like this, but they can't.
I have no worries over Clienteye, Saafe or whatever because even if I've had a shit time, a waste of time, a no value for money, been turned over ...I always always never cause a fuss etc... but there are more ways to 'skin a cat'.....so I adopt the same Mantra. if it was bad etc 'leave, learn, record and never return' or if it was good or even just acceptable it's 'leave, review and maybe return'.

I think we probably present the best version of ourselves on here but I'd say that if you're the kind of person to take the effort to set up an account here and weigh in regularly then you're probably quite attentive and unlikely to do anything to draw attention to yourself or cause any issues that would likely affect the quality of the service you'll receive.

There's a big bad world of other punters out there, some of whom we'd consider scum.

And do you applaud the malicious lies pro$$ies post when they don’t like a negative but justified negative review?
Before you ask my number isn’t on there  :hi:
Same as many other sites. just a point though, its sometimes hard to justify which neg came from which client as names are different. its not a prerogative for WG to dismay a client. the purpose is to flag the dangerous Clients, as many sites do with the WGs.  x

So please explain why I was listed as a timewaster? My number was listed and there was a date of reporting.
That particular month was just before Covid kicked off and I only contacted one SP that month.
Because I'd been working overseas for a few months there was no one prior to that for a while and the last person I did meet I'd been meeting regularly for a number of years. (so it was unlikely to be them)

The SP I did arrange to meet at the time of the report I turned up on time for,, had a great time with, and left each other positive AW feedback.  SHe has also emailed me on AW a few times touting for repeat custom during lockdown.

So, who listed me as a TW? I'll never know! The only people with my number are ones I have seen before repeatedly. They are still happy to see me so I doubt it would be one of them after all if they had listed me they can't want my custom.
I didn't call anyone else or let them down
The only person I saw the month the report was made seemed to enjoy our meeting enough to email me.

But the owners of Client Eye don't seem to be interested in removing my number.

Now - the Data Protection Act says that any data held about someone MUST be up to date and accurate, and that the subject has a legal right to have that data removed if it is incorrect. How can a subject ensure that when Client Eye withhold the reason behind a report and don't allow people to challenge incorrect records.

I don’t honestly see why we’re discussing it with prossies. They’re hardly going to say anything bad about their private little whack-a-mole. And the chances that she could reverse what’s happened seem less than minimal. All it’s doing is giving her vocal chords practice with the hoor-ay hoor-ay for clienteye mantra.

At best, share thoughts with other punters, not the prossie fanbase. They just open their mouths n legs and push a like/don’t-like button occasionally.  :D

No it’s not, nor was it so intended. It’s trying to get the reality across

I don’t mean the person working as a prostitute is stupid: but in her role as a prostitute she a) sells sex and, in the context of this thread, can b) report or not report a client.

And the prostitute alleged to have wrongly reported someone is probably not even on the forum.

Suppose you go on Saafe and someone says they’ve been wrongly reviewed by someone you don’t know or the AW plug-in in harming their career. Firstly, you’re there as a guest among prossies. Are you going to declaim the very system that helps you punt? Of course not. Nor can you say or not say if a mistake has been made or do anything about it if you come to believe that. So there’s no point in discussing clienteye extensively except to know ii exists and, beyond the nuts and bolts, not much that a guest prostitute can contribute on the matter.

Have you reviewed her?

From my experience, they will report you even for positive reviews on here. They might say you're a time waster, or simply say that you're a member on UKP, which IMO isn't as bad as say "nasty animal" for example(that's what I got for giving one SP a neutral, and possibly getting her age wrong).

It's true that some don't even appreciate Positive reviews as they can set expectations for future clients and don't permit them to have an "off day".  Can't win really.

There was a also a thread on here about a prossie who put on her profile she’d had good reviews on UKP. As results are unpredictable, best ignore them. Just stick to truth in reviews and remember they’re written for fellow punters, not for service providers.

Not knocking CE or the escorts who use it, but there will be some (even if it’s a small minority) of reports which are fabricated or exaggerated out of malice. That’s why our reviews, whilst factually accurate (in most cases) will muddy the waters a little with regards to dates & times to prevent being identified by the WG and leaving ourselves open to retribution (even in some cases where the review is positive).

I don't think a bad WG did. I suspect it was the one and only person I met with that month. The same one that once Covid started to impact on the economy then started to email asking for repeat custom.  I haven't been back yet, not sure I trust them.

But that is irrelevant. My point was ClientEye only works one way, once your number is there that is it, there is no way to have a right to reply (like SPs can here and on AW if they really want to make a comment on a positive or negative review) nor is there a way to get the developer to remove numbers.

You also have to remember that a mobile number (disposable or otherwise) is personal data that can be used to identify someone and as such is legally bound by the Data Protection Act, unlike pseudonyms and aliases on UKP, AW, twitter etc.

All you have to do is give your personal details to CE so they could identify you as the data subject on their database. I didn't trust them with my name and address details, only the pseudonyms, and they refused to remove the data.

Absolutely correct. You see I am not disagreeing with you dear. I am simply clarifying the parameters. I use language to communicate as effectively as I think I can with punters, on a punters’ forum — I understand that might sound a bit ‘nippy’ to you — I would re-write it in softer terms if we were having a conversation elsewhere; but as it on here I have to trust you to ‘translate’ it appropriately without assuming a slight, if you can.

Quote
… apart from we dont go into detail, we state the facts.
There, however, is probably the nub of the suspicion understandably felt by punters. You seem a bright and honest woman and (unless you were to disillusion me at some future date) I have no reason to doubt your honesty in stating facts as would be commonly understood. Yet you cannot vouch for the veracity of other working women — at best only the ones you feel you know — and the punters’ concern is not even how a minority of p4ps might state the “facts” but how the small number of psychotic, crazy, vicious-minded ‘service providers’ might claim to “state facts”.

The cases of horrific p4ps one might read about on here are not indicative of the majority, any more than violent abusers are representative of the majority of punters: but a person only needs one from the opposing camp to suffer some severe bad shit.

I doubt if any of this is controversial, and as there is little if anything that either of us or any of us can do to affect how ClientEye works, the discussion is academic other than for punters to let off steam about their feelings or experiences, or for anyone with inside knowledge of how it works to provide data. (Providing data is probably unlikely as its algorithms will probably be secret for obvious reasons.)

Thank you for your time and input. its the same everywhere on all sites and apps, theres 3 reasons i can think of and thats either 1. a punter that earns their own title, 2. malice on the wgs behalf, 3. the punter is that awesome she doesnt want him to be able to go anywhere else...kinda malice agen. i can see it swings both ways, noone likes to be judged so best we all just be the best we can be.  xxx

as from both sides of the fence its upto the individual to take the leap and decide for themselves. if i see 2 or more reports i know to have extra security about. i make my own judgement however im grateful to CE for being about coz they and the wgs have saved me from being in a ditch a couple of times, you wouldn't believe xx

not everyone is nice ive learned xx
shame innit that its all about negative stuff. we need more positive stuff in this world....then i wake up lol xx

Yes the GDPR position here is not straightforward. A phone number on its own (which is all they hold) must be shown to be able to be linked to you to qualify as personal data, which you may then request to be deleted

Of course if you wanted to pursue this you should contact the Information Commissioners Office for advice and assistance. Oh hang on a minute ... External Link/Members Only

CE is clearly useful to SP's, but like any such system is open to abuse, which it seems many SP's refuse to accept is happening. In addition genuine mistakes will always occur and it is also true that many punters will be blind to the fact that they have behaved in some way, to have got on the wrong side of an SP.

I had to wait 90 days to get a response from ICO... Case officer said the same thing CE had told me after I've sent them a GDPR request(it took 30 days for them to respond) - I need to provide proof that the number belongs to me and not my pseudonym.

If you're topping up the balance with your bank account then that should be proof enough of ownership.

There's various ways to prove the ownership. I could get an online account set up for PAYG SIM with my name and address details and a print screen of the header would be good enough proof for CE. But I simply don't trust them with all that information...

You would have to show that the phone number could be traced back to your real name and address, even then they can refuse to remove the data if doing so would endanger a user.

At the start of this thread it was obvious that very few had read ClientEye's  privacy policies, blog or FAQs, just wondered if you have.

That's why I decided not to bother, last thing I want is for them to get all my details and then refuse to remove the data.

I'd appreciate if any legal boffins could clarify the following bit from CE response to my GDPR form:

Further refusal reasons we have used are on the grounds of our "overriding legitimate grounds" to hold the data for safety reasons. External Link/Members Only Art. 17 GDPR Section 1(c) Right to Erasure.

To be honest last year I got sick of people, who hadn't even looked at it or read any part of it to see how it worked, moaning on about it that I actually contacted them and asked about the GDPR aspect, they replied with. - And

I remember you posting this. That's why I tried chancing it with my pseudonym instead of my real name.

The way I understand it, "overriding legitimate grounds" to hold the data for safety reasons means that even if I can be identified as the data subject, they would exercise their right to refuse my GDPR request, as the removal of data would effect the safety of users. Which basically means that they think that the contents of reports are too important to remove.

But that’s why some get angry when they find out they’re on there because to them it’s just “lies” … A punter disagreeing with a report doesn’t necessarily make it not true, this is a clients forum so yes you’re going to only get one side of that story though.

my number was on there from someone i had never seen at a place i had never been  so work that out ??????

Despite what any of us say....if we were SPs, we'd use it.

And do you applaud the malicious lies pro$$ies post when they don’t like a negative but justified negative review?
Before you ask my number isn’t on there  :hi:

lies? thats not what it was designed for. its a tool. and at least when something is reported it isn't public. it can only be seen if searched and searched for a good reason.

How would you characterise it from a punter’s point of view?

If you are blocked on client eye, can't you simply get a new SIM card and that problem goes away immediately? Am I missing something?

It's not just your SIM that is used to ID you.  You'd need to use a different phone and either not be signed into any online service like Google, Firefox, etc or using a separate burner identity.  Don't be using Wifi in your usual haunts.

I think the majority of punters wouldn’t even know of client eye and if they are on there and get turned down by a pro$$ie would just move on and find another one  :hi:

Of course if it weeds out the very small percentage of dangerous punters then it serves a purpose.

Changing your punting sim on a regular basis is good practice anyway 👍🏻👍🏻
