However, the meaning has changed to mean any older woman over 35, whether or not she has children.

A woman of 27 would not be a milf in terms of age but could be if she has children (if the old meaning of milf is being used).

I think some people use it, incorrectly, as a term to mean a woman of a certain age. As far as I understand it, if they don't have kids that can't have the M. So, strictly speaking, that could be 18 and a MILF or 60 and not.

The term MILF does seem to have become used for women in the 30's - 40's age bracket even though it is technically a mother, so could be of any age really. MILF I think came from the American pie movie and is supposedly a term used by teens to describe one of their teen friends mums.  So I guess a MILF should be late 30s onwards.  As it does not mean anyone who is a mum but a woman of an age where her childs friends are old enough to take an interest in her sexually.
