TLDR: Cheap quick punt. You get what you pay for I suppose

This was literally a quick punt to blow off a month worth of build up.

Price paid: £30 (no extra. Owo included)

Location: 5 mins walk from goodmayes station

Flat: looks a bit run down from the outside but once inside it was ok. There are worse places I've been.

Girl: As per pictures. I am not good with age but I would say she looks mid 50's. Speaks english ok which is always a plus.
