In terms of the post OP comments, I've been caught in this situation before and don't believe this is one of those cases. I went into the punt with skepticism after reading the other review thread and don't think there's enough evidence to say she is with confidence.
We met a couple of times and shared some personal information with each other that would lead me to believe she was born a woman. I think the attachment to the TS run group was due to her gothic / suicide girls-esque persona. I believe its just a case of Brazilians sticking together and with there being a lot of TS Brazilians she's been branded as guilty by association.
In addition, the user believing she is a TS has had a review pending since their comment late December last year, has posted other reviews since then, so if its a big concern to you then maybe wait until their side of the story comes out first before making any judgements.
