Spotted this one as well and sent her a message late Wednesday afternoon. Message unread but she hasn't logged in since then, if i get a reply will let you know. I felt the profile fell under the category of too good to be true similar to this one i started a thread on External Link/Members Only but will see what happens and update on here if i get a reply from either.

My message was deleted unread so sent another one just now as I noticed she had logged on this morning and got this:

"Thanks for your email this is an auto response I have set up.

Agree that she is most probably a time waster, email was deleted without being read, waited a few days and sent another to get the auto response.
