I'm  afraid "Romanian" and "bait and switch" are almost synonyms these days. And it's almost certainly somebody else who writes the profile (and which sometimes seems to have been "cut and pasted" from elsewhere). As a result, the services any Romanian girl offers are likely to bear little resemblance to those on the profile. They are generic "serving suggestions" rather than factually accurate.
