Can you put this into some sort of context?  A link even.

I had looked at the 1 and only picture but with the light switch and socket certainly not being from the UK, I just expect a scam of some kind anyway.

They belong to a group operating nationwide, whilst occasionally do offer services but if they do smell any vulnerability will take advantage off.
