Thanks for that.  I suppose it comes down to how you interpret size.  I would count 6 and below as skinny, 8 as slim, 10 to 12 as normal, and 16 and above as fat.  14 comes in that undecided area: there are some size 14 women with cracking bodies, whereas others who just look fat.  But short and size 14 is not usually a good combo.
