Nearest tube is Ruislip Gardens I think, seems walkable. I drove so don't know for sure

It's a quite residential road

No idea about extras. Her English is pretty good - she can hold a conversation

On the downside it looks like she hasn't been available for a while and is accessing from Brazil so my guess is she went back there for Christmas/ new year and who knows when she'll be able to come back with the travel restrictions.
