What turns a good punt into a great punt

Been thinking about this for a while and the answer will be different for everyone but what 3 services turns a good punt into what you consider a great punt 
I mean the sort of punt that even before it's finished you've already decided it's a positive review and you may have actually found a regular.

For me -
1. I like the option of being able to CIM
