I've tried to see Juliette on a few occasions this winter. On two occasions a booking was made but then she - or whoever handles her communications - let me down. Both times I'd arrived at the location and on time, only to be told the booking couldn't go ahead when I got there (was told after the time of the booking). First time the excuse was quite plausible, second time the excuse was a load of bollocks.

There will be no third attempt.

Best to avoid this agency at all costs, at least you saved the ££££.
