External Link/Members OnlySo....Sergei problems on this one.
I called up yesterday and a man answered which threw me for a second but I asked about Elsa's availability for today and was told that would be fine but I would need to call on the day. I asked where Elsa would be based and this is where Sergei got annoyed and after a dramatic deep breath said he would text the address at the proper time. I said that I needed a rough location as she had a few locations listed so that I could plan accordingly. He paused and then aggressively said he told me he would send a text before the booking and then he hung up.
Now considering that I was planning on spending 250ph on this punt (150 +A level)...it shouldn't be too much to expect to not be treated like a prick.
Anyway, I called again today hoping that someone else may be manning the phone but unfortunately same guy answers. I'm extra polite and keep it to the basic information. I made the booking for 4:15 and set off to Watford (about 40 mins from me). I get a text confirming the booking but saying 4:30. I think fine it's only 15 minutes.
I get to Watford early and lo and behold no parking. I spend 15 mins looking for parking. It's still only 4pm so I think no problem I've got time. I get a text from sergei asking if we are still on. I call him and tell him I'm struggling for parking but will find somewhere and be on time.
Sergei decides this is enough reason for him to lose his shit. He then says booking is cancelled and hangs up. Keep in mind I'm not even late!
Anyway, given the amount of money being spent, I cant be arsed being spoken to like that so glad he cancelled it.
