Thanks all for your thoughts on here. I became interested in this very same question and having been collecting all the key points from a number of threads on UKP. I am hopeful some can weigh in on my findings and we can hone in on the best destination for both value and quality.
To summarise what I have gathered:
- Poland: roksa and odloty... odloty shows maps, roksa has more escorts but very low success rate unless you use a polish sim and speak polish. Girls can be low quality unless you pay high prices to agency
- Berlin: great party scene and lots of choice but prices are comparable to UK and not necessarily quality.
- Frankfurt: lower prices than Berlin, more FKK and brothels, arguably a better place to punt but less to do for tourists. Outcalls still expensive
- Prague: prices have risen to standard European rates and now no longer better VFM than other destinations
- Ukraine: seems to be best VFM and quality is high but also Ukraine has one of the highest HIV rates in Europe so caution to be exercised. Latvia similar.
- Slovakia, Estonia : not really much going on. You can find whores but nothing special
- Amsterdam and Paris: high quality and variety to be found, high prices, swinging scene is comparable to Berlin.
- Barcelona, Marbella, Madrid: lower priced than Amsterdam and Paris, lots of whore choices but prices are still up there. Quality quite high.
- Austria (Vienna): quite similar to Berlin but pushing towards Amsterdam prices
- Albania, Serbia, Croatia: little action unless you have deep pockets then it’s amazing
- Greece: similar to the Barcelona scene
- Belgium, Italy, Moldova, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Finland : limited info here but the info that is available cites standard European rates. No deals to be found from what I can see.
- turkey, morocco: seems to be a lot of finds there with just below standard European pricing so could be a good place to go.
- Portugal: few reports there .. prices seem high
- Ireland and Scotland: adultwork will see you through
- last but not least Budapest where it seems like the scene is in between Prague and Poland.. higher success rate, lower pricing than the czechs, still not the steal of a deal we want
My personal goal is to go to Berlin and Frankfurt with a bit of cash and try out the swinging scene in addition to the brothels. Krakow could be good for a weekend as a tourist and if you find a decent punt it’s cherry on the cake.
Otherwise it seems like Prague, Vienna, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam are reliable but you need a bit of dough.
Ukraine if you willing to go there and don’t mind the odds. Turkey, Morocco if you speak good french/Turkish and know how to stay safe in these parts.
