Even a few years ago it was possible to stop an EU national coming into the UK for persistent, (relatively) low level offending (either here, or in the EU). Losing access to the EU information that allowed this to happen will actually make it harder to prove sufficiently poor character to justify not letting them in. Not to mention the overwhelmed border control will struggle to handle the huge increase in “other” passengers - it’s going to be more likely opportunities to refuse them will reduce than increase unfortunately.

Not likely to succeed in the claim anyway - they have the right to a family life, but not a right to have that life in the UK. They can take their family back with them so that’ll be the option they’d be forced into.

After just a year at Her Majesty's University, (HMU), one will not only wear the badge of honour, but one will have the opportunity to network with more prestigious types, thus equipping oneself better for release from this establishment. This education will allow one to embark in less frivolous activities as to what brought one there in the first instance, allowing one to move up the ranks of newer and more powerful organised networks!

Unfortunately yes, even though we're leaving the EU the UK is a founder member of the Council of Europe and the proviso for bringing claims to the ECHR is that the country being prosecuted is a member of the CE so despite all the spin from people like Boris Johnson we're still bound by the ECHR
