Yeh if your gonna report anyone in this situation defo do it annonymously.  It would be nice to think that the police are going to see that your acting in good faith and treat you like a honest decent citizen but the potential downside is too big to take if they do for whatever reason deal with it in a heavyhanded way.  Better safe than sorry.

That was partly the point I was making I said it’s not very good we all know what the issues are with AWs  verification system but in my opinion if I can unlock my phone just by look at it with face recognition and software such as tineye, it can’t be that difficult to compare any newly uploaded pics to the verification photo (although we can’t see it AW must have it on record)

years ago I had similiar thoughts to the OP concerning an underage girl. I asked her to prove her age or I was walking and to my surprise she produced her Hungarian passport and confirmed that she was 21. I was surprised as I expected a pimp to have custody of this but ID cards driving licence etc could all be checked before conclusion. If they cannot produce them then I would suspect trafficking and all that goes with that. No solution is foolproof but maybe like me my thoughts are that an 18yo is just too risky.

Rereading this thread again, I find it amazing to see the number of members trying to tell the OP that what he says can't be true, even though they weren't there.
Even worse is the number of people trying to find excuses for why they want to avoid contact with the police. FFS we have a probable trafficked underage girl here and the only way she's going to get  away is if someone locates the current address and tells the police the exact address including flat number.
