She was incredibly accommodating right from 0.01 - 01.01 when I eventually left. Not cold at all. I probably could have hung around a bit longer. No sense of being chased out or anything... 

If anything she wanted me to pound her harder than I actually did     A very very decent punt tbh. I'd been pondering whether to book this SP for a while too and glad I TOFTT.
