Trying to get a booking proving difficult with Kim.
Text exchange on Thursday with a date a time confirmation fir Monday. All good so far, then received a text unexpectedly to say apartment needed some repairs so had to cancel booking. Initially thought no problem as further added that boiler broken, but how can it take more than 2 days to fix

Actually she told me the same thing. The way it happened does make it seem like it was genuine. And fixing things can sometimes take time especially if the maintenance people have to return another day and there's a weekend in between. Anyways let's see how it goes when trying to book her again.
