This has come up before.  When I get FB on AW I get an email to say that I've received it and then a day or two later to say that it's been approved.

I went there the other day only to find the door locked but the open sign on. Unfortunately missed my window when I asked if they were open and they replied they were, and just busy and to come back later.

I was planning to visit and review. The fact that the door was locked while they were busy is encouraging.
