I saw someone called "Sarah is back" about 3 years ago, not certain it's the same girl, but the similarity in the name and appearance (although she looks heavier now, judging from the photos), strongly suggest it is.

It would have been late 2017 and can't be precise, but I do remember she was in a cul-de-sac on what seemed like a large estate...I think maybe north/East side of Manchester.
