Thks. Wanted to echo sentiments of other reviews but add value to the review process but not appear too gushy.

Regarding London I am assuming she did fairly well by the price increases. She may have had to drop them a bit.

I stated I noticed she was in Chelmsford last week. She asked how I knew? I didn't mention reviews here and just said I searched and hotlisted her but was too busy at the time.

I get the impression she would prefer to work more in the Chelmsford area. More discretion, good transport links to the town centre and less decent competition I guess?
She told me she struggles to find quality commensurate accommodation.

Didn't ask about extras. Personally I would try to negotiate CIM in a longer booking. You might get it if you are a regular.

But yes it starts to become expensive and eats in to another booking.

But personally I would prioritise her and pay a little extra or prefer to wait when she is back versus any of the Roms or other lacklustre EE P&D in the Cambridge or Chelmsford areas that may be residents or available for longer periods.

Yes everything is accurate. I now it sounds tgtbt but I was very pleased.
