+1.  Why don't they even check out the competition a little and realise the lack of any free pictures and wall of ascii/prossie rant is just completely unattractive.  Stickler for punctuality = clockwatcher.  Her customers must be really good at cuming right on schedule.  Include gaps between your bookings to allow for traffic delays etc. and a nice cup of tea and a shower between bookings, not exactly rocket science.
