Could possibly be genuine Tajik. When I was in Malaysia and Thailand last November there were a few Uzbeks, Tajiks and Mongolian girls advertising. Whether they were trafficked I don't know but could well be possible. You could always imagine you were fucking Genghis Khan's daughter
