No I didn't get to see her unfortunately as she had a problem with the apartment she was going to
near me the day I wanted to see her.

Usually the equivalent of a “tramp stamp” or name tag tattooed inside the lower lip.

There is a procedure to have a so-called permanent lipstick tattoo - it might be that. They're not actually permanent but last several months. The same is true of the better eyebrow tattoos. I think the needle does not go in as deep as with your standard tattoos.
