Booking/Pre Visit Communications: As mentioned in other reviews this is a bit of a mixed bag. I generally book by text and had tried to book Luna before a week or so ago, but gave up as texts were too confusing. On this day my 'A Plan' wasn't working and my 'B Plan' was booked by the time I was available so I gave it another go, keeping it very simple, only confirming the time and duration, then following up with a query re the nurse outfit and a facial finish.
