It's like a mix of the 2, more discrete than a normal parlour, you have to book an appointment to gain entrance, you can't just rock up, so there's not punters milling about like SS or La Maison or others.
There's a small waiting area but I've never bumped into another punter whilst there, you may see the other girls who are working, there's usually 2 or 3 on the daily rota.

When KSG was located in Didsbury it was next to/very close to a primary school and I often ended up visiting or leaving as the school was finishing. It wasn't ideal but I did find it funny.
