IMO - yes, inevitably it was his obsession with this SP that led to his downfall. Although, the signs were always there that he was obsessed with this site/forum from the offset. He was constantly on here: posting on most reviews/discussions, his need to post reviews compulsive (even if they seemed unreal), and he took it as a chip on his shoulder for seeing an escort.

That was from 1st June, it no longer applies, things changed from 6th July and then again from 1st August. So in effect it was only illegal for 1 month, I'll leave you to look through his posts and pick out the ones he posted prior to June and after 6th July when he would be 'falsely incriminating'.

Most things are guidelines and recommendations not legal requirements, there's a world of difference. Even those classes as vulnerable were only ever advised to shield, it was their choice if they did or not, in fact that is another thing that has been done away with.
