Never been to HoD. All my regs are Indy, most of whom only work part-time. They are all British apart from one EE who was more or less brought up here. All provide the dirty GND experience I want.
How much less personal and relaxed a service is available at HoD which appears to be a conveyor belt service?
For example, how many of the girls would share a bottle of sparky? It doesn't seem quite P&D but... is the sex better with a familiar regular?

I'm not sure if the girls are permitted to drink but they probably are, would probably depend on the maid on duty at the time as some are quite relaxed whereas others not.
How much of a; 'personal and relaxed service' you get is entirely dependant on the girl. I've visited HOD between 50-100 times now and have had mostly positive experiences with only 2 bad experiences and one of these I was compensated for after complaining.
Despite the 'conveyor belt service' I've only had 2 occasions where I did not get my full time but one of them (my last visit to see Darcy, see my review for details:

I've definitely built up a rapport with some of the girls after seeing them multiple times, in my case Ophelia whom I've seen between 6-7 times now, and the experience with her is very good with us progressing to a sub-dom style of relationship along with equipment as she loves being sub and I kind of feel I'm the reason she's recently added that to her profile.
Overall, HOD is great value and some of the girls great quality though obviously it is a brothel and you will likely get a more personal experience with a good indie. At the risk of sounding like a tout, and I assure you I am not, I've even had argument on twitter with HOD's owner whoever that may be nowadays, I've had some incredibly intimate experiences via HOD including getting some extra time with girls which I put down to being polite and respectful to both the girls and maids.
