Are you sure?  I'd expect there to be a high number of the self-righteous punters who will take this as the new way to punt and condemn anyone who's not following the new normal rules.  Just watch them come out of the woodwork...

I know you can’t compare it directly to safe sex but there is a similar point about both parties being able to agree on the level of protection and interaction involved. There will be takers for most scenarios but until rules are discussed openly and mutually accepted there’s no knowing what one is walking into if making a booking.

Yeah I can't see this happening maybe if there is the so called dreaded 2nd wave in winter things might change in punting. No one is going to take any notice,most youngsters couldnt care anyway and I was talking to a prossie yesterday and she said she has had little reduction in visitors.By the nature of our hobby we are a fairly risk tolerant bunch anyway.

Whilst they are saving everyone from COVID they seem to have closed down all the GUMs in my area.You can get a home test but this is not ideal for everyone,if you live with others,so we will all likley get STDs.
