I don't know - playing devil's advocate....

A lot of us have had a few months off punting, so are likely to splash out for a big one to get back in to the swing of things - with extra money in our wallets justifying the outlay, this could be a one off opportunity to see someone as overpriced as Ashley.  Those same guys are also aware that they haven't contributed here for a while, so are also likely to get their review posted ASAP.  Given the time off, they're also likely to be looking at the punt with more rose-tinted spectacles than normal.

As for the negative, any service provider in any industry is going to screw up occasionally.  More often than not it's only those ones that get reviewed.  At least here the majority of us report the good ones too.
