Having not had a bad experience with an escort in over two years, I guess fate conspired that I was due one soon. Unfortunately materialised today in the form of Poppy. Maybe it's a genuine profile that's passed verification, but the girl is different i.e. they just used another girl - under the pretense of someone else's profile.

I think we've all gone through with punts we knew were a bad idea. At least, I have.
I walk everytime now but made loads of mistakes in the early days. Especially in walk ups!

I don't think suggesting a check of one's mindset is harsh, I do the same for myself after any negative punt (so I've done it a fair amount!) to establish whether I'm wasting cash hazardously or compelled to continuing a punt unwisely despite the signals or I'm suffering the downside to TOFTT where no warnings were present.

Total respect to OP for being of the mind to TOFTT and review but I hope he is protecting himself from further future avoidable misadventures.

The alternate uses of spare cash were tongue in cheek but speak to a desire to squander cash or use it to support struggling industries in a charitable way.
