Hi guys drove past Attercliffe road where Fantasia used to be Saw a parlour with the shutters down..Is called escort something didnt catched the name..Anyone have any ideas?

Not been down Attercliffe in a while. Last time was to see one of the lasses who used to work at Fantasia.She was working independently at the flat next to Fantasia. She told me Jill's Solicitor was looking to sell Fantasia presumably he's sold it or rented it to someone?

I'd have considered taking a punt on Fantasia - was a little gold mine with even more potential.

I was wondering if a few more places might come onto the market with the recent forced shut-down. Anybody know where you would look to find a parlour/walk-up or other such investment opportunity? Where do these places get advertised?

Fantasia had a reputation of a no frills place. It did have one ot two decent girls working there for a while.
It didn't go on the market because of the lockdown. Jill the owner was murdered. I think she made noises about selling before she was killed. She was 73 and occasionally did a shift if one of her girls didn't show up. She certainly didn't look her age. Think it was 2018 when she died and last year when one of the girls who worked for her told me the Solicitor was trying to sell it.
If any parlours go up for sale now I don't think there will be buyers falling over themselves to bid.

Exactly... and I would imagine there will be some who have suffered a lot over the long lockdown and might well see the easing for restrictions before a potential second wave as the time to offload or seek investment.

You know what they say about investment - the best time to get in is (often) when others are getting out.

I'd be prepared to follow that rule.

I think most of them are now. Honeypot was showing as closed last week but is open now.
