Quick one. I don’t have the link as her profile has disappeared but I booked to see the highly rated English Anabella after her hiatus during lockdown.

Comms were immaculate. Text a few times during the week to confirm times. Then had a little chat about stuff she actually likes as if I want a true GFE I want to know what she actually likes and not just servicing me (how chivalrous I know). I'm still tempted to say negative myself.  Yes, the OP did go despite not getting a confirmation (why I'd be saying it should be a neutral) but the radio silence, profile disappearing, and lack of excuse makes me say negative when both parties had set a time and a place for the meet, even if not confirmed until the morning.  Even the proverbial 'family emergency' excuse would have been better than zilch.  If I was the OP, I might request to move it to Neutral if the WG has the decency to let him know what happened.  Again, even if it was the family emergency excuse.

He said she accepted his initial booking so if that is the case a review can be done on here. I would always give a negative for dead comms or failure to answer my call/text too confirm as we agreed. I wouldn't though travel to the WGs area if I hadn't had that confirmation, though in my case I am often in the area anyway on other business but I don't tell the WG that.

Not sure what you class as agreeing to something but "Text a few times during the week to confirm times. Then had a little chat about stuff she actually likes" looks to me like she agreed to the booking. Bookings don't need to be confirmed, just agreed to.

BTW I'll txt an escort as many times as I feel necessary in order to ensure I get the best service. There is nothing it 'should' be.
