Had driven past this fairly new place in the weeks prior to lockdown.
Fronts onto a main road but not too busy in terms of passing footflow and a decent amount of free car parking right out front.

Comms weren't great to arrange an appointment. Quite a few calls to mobile ended up at voicemail and text messages took a while to get a reply.
Finally managed to arrange an hours appointment (£30). It seems their "special offer" of £25 (which was still on the PDM website at the time of writing) is no longer available. Got the impression I was talking to a 'handler' rather than the girl on site when making the booking but could be wrong.

Told to ring when parked up outside. Did just that and another call that ended up at voicemail. 
Thought, "sod this" got out of the car and knocked on the door.  Answered promptly by Anna. Slim Thai girl, reasonably attractive, maybe a little older than the 26 years I'd been told on the phone but sometimes difficult to be 100% sure.

Shown into room and parted with my £30 up front. Standard set up (no shower in room) comfortable enough but a little too brightly lit for my liking.

No discussion re type of massage required but I'd say it probably fell into the soft/medium category. Background music wasn't the usual Oriental stuff but from Radio 1 via the main reception area.
Massage, which was undraped throughout, was delivered with enthusiasm but was totally devoid of any CC swipes, reach unders etc.
Doorbell went twice during the first half hour - Anna was working alone so left the room to answer  - not impressed when that happens.
Asked to turn over after 45 minutes. Only then did I realise that Anna had been wearing a mask for the massage. No big deal in the current climate but I guess I hadn't expected that as she'd answered the door without it on.

It was only after I was lay on my back and she went to work on the inner thighs that she finally brought the 'old fella' to life. A quick "do you want this massaging?" and £20 for HE was agreed upon. Old fella received a generous helping of oil and she went to work. No slow build up, no teasing and when I did cum, she let go her grip and was reaching for the paper towels when I reckon I still had a good few seconds of the post ejaculation 'euphoria' to go.

Quick clean up with paper towels (no shower offered, but again that might be due to Covid) and I was on my way after just under 55 mins.

I was close to a negative here in light of the combination of factors above but feel that might be harsh.
The massage itself was just about good enough for a neutral although I would not return to see Anna.

FYI  - My massage was around lunchtime. Anna said there was another girl joining her but not starting work until later in the afternoon, so it sounds like there might be more options later in the day.

You're right about the bookings being done off-site, they're handled centrally for all five
Interesting you had a thai girl - illegal chinese is the more usual fare, be careful

I was told "Thai" on the phone and initial impression when she opened the door didn't ring any alarm bells, but the subject didn't come up in conversation, so I guess her exact origins could be up for debate.
Warning re illegal Chinese duly noted though - thanks

Just posted a new review on this place.
She told me shes from China when i asked her.
She didnt wear a mask during my massage.
She didnt stop the HE too early in my case.
Agree about the attending the door when someone bells is annoying.
And i agree it sounds like the person on the texts might be someone else.

The answering the door or texts rules this place out for me. I expect a massage that concentrates on me not answering texts or calls or knocks on the door. What you’ve been served up with isn’t my idea of a good time. Hopefully your next massage elsewhere will be better.

You have to understand the system used at these PDM sites.
Basically each site has a single middle-aged chinese woman, probably a visa overstayer, dropped off at the building on her own and expected to get on with things. None of the girls have English language skills. They're expected to live and sleep in the parlour, given a single-ring burner to cook on, and a few tins to eat. They don't know the area so have no external contact, don't know how or where to go shopping (not that the working hours permit shopping anyway).
Their only support is from Cindy or her business partner (Angel / Kelly?) texting instructions about bookings and dropping of a few tins of beans
