I honestly doubt most girls on OF make enough for it to be a stable alternative to escorting. I should imagine like any online "sub for content" creators, the top 5% will be the only ones making enough money a month to live off of where as in escorting a girl can make £1500+ working 4 hours 3 days a week. No way your average OF girl is earning that. I wouldn't worry too much, at best it will maybe dilute the pool by 5-10% and I'm being generous with that number.
