AI to unscramble pixellated faces

Dont think they will need to worry:

Pixilated is difficult because it just reduces the resolution, other methods can be unscrambled though, there was a case a few years ago where bloke posted pictures of himself with kids and the police were able to use the same software he'd used in reverse to remove some sort of swirl effect.

Why would you even want to unscrambled pixelated images on AW?

I know SPs pixelate their images them to protect their privacy and identity and I respect that just as I expect them to show discretion about bookings I have with them.

Part of a punt is you don't totally know what an SP looks like until you turn up.  That's something I just accept as part of the process.  I've never really been disappointed and often it is a very pleasant surprise as there are some real crackers.

it's more about the wider application of the software...
as with most things tech - when the tech is new, people will be looking to how to use it to exploit.
if you can reverse the 'anonymity' process, then you can use that information for malicious purposes!

It doesnt reverse the image...it creates a new one based on the pixels

An Ai program that could remove the photoshop work from a photo would be useful IMHO.

I heard on an escort podcast about concerns the US gov't were using this and attempting to match pics to passports and thereby prevent sex workers from entering the US. One comment was to use conventional blur/pixellate/swirl techniques then screen shot or snip the image and repeat on that. That all said I think the US escorts are less comfortable showing face pics hence they are more sensitive to this AI technique.

An interesting thought. The USA probably already uses facial recognition to try and filter out undesirables. The real is would it be accurate enough to keep the number of false positives to a minimum.
