Intergender wrestling is an interesting as a contest not just as a sexual phenomina. External Link/Members Only Nearly half the time the female seems to win. Usually just one male v one female but can be a two person (male and female) tag team contest. The most common male participant seems to be Joey Ryan External Link/Members Only).

In this context there are recognised variants to the regular wrestling moves "suplex" and "duplex":
- "boobplex" for example External Link/Members Only
- "ballsplex" for example External Link/Members Only
